What information do I need to give you to get a quote? If you’re unsure about any of these details, contact our Sales team who will be happy to help you out.
How do I know what sized tube fits my product? For a solid object such as a candle, measure the height and the widest point, we can then recommend the size of tube based on these dimensions. If you are able to send a sample of your product we can use this to work out the size for you.For powders and granular products that are normally measured by weight, find a container that fits the weight of your product and give us the dimensions of the container. We aren’t able to size a tube based on the product weight alone due to the varying density of different products.
Can I get a sample? Standard sizes and examples of printed tubes can be ordered through the website. We also offer unprinted production samples if you wish to test them with your product prior to a full production run. There is a small charge for these to cover the machine set-ups, and they take 2-3 weeks to produce.
What size tubes do you sell? We manufacture tubes from 22mm up to 203mm internal diameter. The available sizes for each style of tube can be found on the technical specification page for each product.
Are your tubes food grade? We are a BRC certified manufacturer for food packaging.
What is the process to order a bespoke tube? We’ll send you a quote and a cutter guide based on the specifications you give us. When you send an order and final artwork we can begin the manufacturing process. We’ll send a PDF proof for approval prior to printing, this process normally takes 2-3 days from confirmation of order. Manufacturing then takes around 5 weeks from approval of the print proof.
